dear, I bet you could do it yourself.
You can not ask for a shortcut which actually does not exist.

actually, as a new comer myself, i'm not quite in the mood of rushing towards the next level.
just browse and reply from time to time, eventually i'll get the desired level...

The trick is that some forums are blocked to new comers or Lever 1 users or even Level 2 users.
