2.胡椒,鸡粉,盐最好是用广东盐焗鸡料代替~~

其实山椒凤爪就很好吃的,这道椒盐的经过油炸感觉筋太多,口感不会太好,而且油炸食品吃起来也不健康!

应该是先把凤爪泡发吧,本身凤爪就没什么肉,再炸过油就只剩下干巴巴的皮了!
