年前准备些腌货,香肠太麻烦,道选酱油肉了。制作方法非常简单,用料也简单。8o'x/{a1N

1. 用料如下图

2. 既然是酱油肉,酱油其实也算作是主料了。酱油用量很大,但腌制后的酱油还是可以再利用的。先把除了白酒之外的所有辅料倒入锅中,然后加一小碗水,煮沸后关火,然后慢慢冷却。辅料中糖加多少依自己的口味而定。冷却后加入适量白酒,同样,这个量随自己而定。我个人喜欢酒味,就加的多了点。

3.猪肉用五花肉或者夹心肉都可以,总之要有肥有瘦。切成2-3厘米宽的长条,然后放到调制好的酱油中。这个过程只要两天。/i&A

4. 两天后取出后就可以挂在通风阴凉处自然风干了。7-9天就可以吃了,当然是蒸着吃最好吃了。切成薄片放在米饭上,OK啦。
