韩式绿豆饼

绿豆,糯米,猪肉(OR牛肉),盐,味精,料酒,香油(OR麻油),酱油,姜,葱,大蒜等

二.制作:1.把糯米和绿豆浸泡1-2小时(糯米:绿豆=2:1)

2.放入搅拌器中搅拌成糊状(注意要适当加入水份)

注意:绿豆饼做时要掌握厚度,太厚里面不容易熟而外面却成焦糊状,太薄难成形,绿豆尤其是绿豆皮中含有大量解毒物质,夏天食用可起到清热解毒,防止中暑的作用!
