一、腌制鸡肉。为了让鸡肉更入味,我先处理鸡肉了。把鸡肉逆着纹理切成长条的薄片就OK了。然后加入少许白酒,盐,糖,五香粉,,鸡精,,这是我加的东西,你也可以根据个人喜好加入调料,然后搅拌均匀,放在一边就可以了。

三、面凉一点以后在加适当面粉搅拌,直到不粘手,手上沾上干面粉,揉捏面团,直到面团光滑为止,然后把面团用保鲜膜盖着醒5分钟。

四、在醒面的时候开始炸鸡。先把一袋炸鸡粉倒入腌制好的鸡肉中,搅拌均匀。j8A

把锅烧热(一定要先烧热锅,这样炸时才不会粘锅),然后倒入油,烧热至50度(温度以先放一片肉入锅为参考),下锅,然后用铲子轻轻推动,防止粘锅。然后把鸡肉捞出放在盘子里。@7J'Cz0]R*d

五、开始擀面。^_^

比较有难度的来了,一定把桌面擦干、干净,然后撒上一层面粉,揪乒乓球一小块下来,搓圆,压扁,用合适的工具压成薄薄的饼。今天先给大家看看面团,还有我的擀面杖,^_^,你能找到我的擀面杖是什么吗?因为是集体宿舍,厨具不全,只能这样了。呵呵!

照理说应该是平底锅,但是我的只是稍微平底的电磁炉用锅,^_^,所以就这么凑合了。我擀面,同事烙饼,她根本是厨房白痴,呵呵,但是今天又要向我学艺,加之是陕西人,所以揽下了烙饼的活,说是看过老妈弄的,就让她弄了。把炸鸡用的油倒出,锅还是很油的,不要洗了,把锅烧热,把擀好的饼放进去,当一面开始变色就翻另一面然后就会起一个很大的泡就是熟了!她说已经练成铁手了!明天给看图片哦!小妮子烙的还可以!9z4I _x&v/J$D`6D

最后就是配料了把黄瓜切成细条,葱切成细丝,然后把一张饼里卷上鸡肉,黄瓜,葱和面酱就ok了!至于其他的蔬菜,调料,你想放什么就是什么!我们的里料蔬菜哦!本来还有其他的东西的,那个小妮子怕冷,吩咐她买的没有买,?"op&X(vo
