用海鲜饭锅在火上加热,放入橄榄油,油一定要没过锅底。油热后加入洋葱碎,将洋葱炒成金黄色。(曾经试过用普通平底锅做,效果不好,因为特制的海鲜饭锅比较厚,受热均匀。可以托在西班牙的朋友买,在当地到处都是)
