糖醋小排骨
糖醋小排骨:原料:小排骨600克。调料:料酒、醋、糖、盐、酱油。

起油锅爆香葱姜,下小排骨炸成金黄色(八成熟)。倒去多余的油,加料酒、盐、糖、醋、酱油、 水,大火烧开后小火15 分钟。用水淀粉勾芡。 L7fu~YN[
