烧蓑衣茄子[8P]
个人感觉过了油的茄子比不过油的茄子做出来要好吃,但是茄子很吸油,这种做法通过刀法使茄子吃油较少,配上海天黄豆酱,也是一道酱烧的菜,大家可以试试

好吧,我承认我只看到了刀法,大师级啊!另外补充下,配料一定要有蒜(图里有了),蒜是很给茄子提味的
