鸡蛋2个
淡奶油115g
老面85g
糖55g
高粉360g(全麦土司中用100g全麦粉代替了100g高粉)
盐5g
酵母7g
奶粉1袋24g
黄油35g
做法:
1、将鸡蛋、淡奶油、老面放入面包机

2、将粉类放入,注意糖和酵母要分别放,虽然用的是耐高糖的酵母,但糖还是不要直接接触到酵母为好啊。

6、整成光滑面团,收口向下盖保鲜膜基础发酵。

7、基础发酵好的面团,用手指戳个洞洞,面团不回缩,洞洞不变形。
