1、虾只去了虾线,没有剪掉虾须,也没有剔出虾脑sM(in uQP*X$z
2、炒出来的鲜虾,以鲜味为主,加辣椒后,鲜味被掩盖,成了香锅了

4、锅里有点干的,加少许清水——加高汤更好。

虾子去肠最吃时间,最想偷懒的就这步骤了,不过不去的话感觉这个菜一下就掉了很多档。痛苦的选择
