1、鲶鱼切成3厘米见方的块,胡萝卜切成滚刀块,洋葱切成片备用。汤锅中加入水,烧开后加入15ml料酒,2小段葱,然后放入鲶鱼,用漏勺轻轻划散,看到鲶鱼肉质变色,水里慢慢有浮沫出现时,将鲶鱼捞出用清水洗净;
