1、丝瓜去掉囊和籽,是因为丝瓜煎熟后会出水,并稀释蛋液,使蛋液不容易煎成型。

2、培根有咸鲜味,下盐调味时不可太重手,否则煎蛋会过咸发苦。al#C2YY
3、丝瓜和洋葱尽量切成细丁,太大块的话,一会影响口感,二煎成蛋饼后很容易脱落。

4、应用平底锅来煎蛋饼,可使蛋饼厚薄度一致,容易煎得均匀。W] r4L"Mr(T
