如果没有烤箱,这道菜可以用蒸的办法来做,不过,因为不能刷酱,确实味道逊色一点.但是若不怕麻烦,可以用些蚝油\料酒\水和糖煮一些很粘稠的汁,把蒸好的鸡卷放入汁中入下味,味道也很不错.
