台式卤肉饭
前天晚上看着妈妈买的一块五花肉,想啊想啊,突然就想做卤肉饭了,话说当时已经9点了!哈哈 不过,什么也阻挡不了我对追求美食的热情,说干就干,先来看看原料:

五花肉半斤,切成0.5厘米左右的小丁

事先炸好的红葱酥 这个红葱酥是用红葱头切碎放锅里用小火炸的,很香很香,据说这个就是卤肉饭的秘诀 买不到红葱头就用一小颗洋葱代替也可以

最后加入一大碗水(我加入的过滤后的泡香菇水)再放八角、桂皮、冰糖(N

因为我家的锅是平底的,不太好炖东西,所以后来换了个砂锅,如果TX们家里是尖底锅那就不用换锅子了 5F#v2\t I6wnra9oX
最后放入白白胖胖的鸡蛋(注意哦,鸡蛋放进去前先用刀子划4刀。方便入味 )

放少许盐和五香粉,用小火炖1个小时左右,就可以吃啦!!!!5h]9v(zJ:]8X2yN
哈哈,因为是晚上11点了,所以要少吃点 碗有点大。其实应该是要满满的才有感觉,,,。。。大家将就看看吧!

口感是咸鲜适口,肉和香菇还有红葱酥的味道融合的很好,很香,鸡蛋也炖的很入味,总之,真的很棒哦!是一款适合全家老小的卤肉饭!
