超市里的速冻虾仁,加盐,料酒,蛋清,少许鸡精,放着腌个10分钟,备干粉,我家正好有水磨粉我就拿来用了,效果还挺好的,不过我是炸了一大半才想起没拍照,所以碗里没几个了
