做法:螺头去外层粗皮,切片浸梳打水30分钟再洗干淨,红萝卜切片与草菇一起过水沥干备用.热油锅,放入螺片快速烫过立即拿出沥干油备用,重起油锅,大火爆香蒜蓉出香味,先下螺片大火微炒,再放红萝卜与草菇回鑊炒,料酒走边,加糖,盐,味精调味,再下葱段大火快炒即可出菜.沾热油虾酱吃.
