材料:茄子一个半 (我之前用了半个, 所以剩下的另半个就一起煮了),大蒜5瓣 s0E"@Nh YD6~@

2.准备一汤匙的豆瓣酱.(以茄子的分量及个人喜好而定)

4.茄子切大约5cm 长 x 1cm 宽, 然后把它泡在盐水里. (这动作是边切边放进盐水, 原因是不要让茄子氧化而变黑) 9{7hf$ovP

5.捞起泡好的茄子 (大约5分钟).

z7K%x!\0zl/p`&Yp 6.可以开始了. 热锅, 加入大约两汤匙的食油. (烧茄子的油要比烧菜的油多一些, 没记错是茄子会吸油, 而且烧出的茄子口感比较美味)

楼上的说得好,茄子就应该多放油,少放水或者不放水,才能烧出好味道。水多了,口感不好。多谢发贴,辛苦了。

水太多啦,而且感觉茄子的颜色不够,不好看,没有说的那么好,可以按照楼上的建议再改良下
