4)起锅上油至7-8成热时放八角,鱼皮,微煎哈,放入适量糖,酱油,辣椒干,姜丝,料酒至均匀上色,添水至淹没鱼皮,水烧开后放辅料,再开后转文火,中途放葱段,滴两滴香醋小火继续,至黄豆酥烂时放蒜末即可出锅。(其实也就是平时红烧鱼的做法)

这个做起来复杂,吃起来口感又乱,花生、莲子很难炖烂!不烂的话口感一定极差
